Bachelor thesis deals with the realization of rough substructure for multifunctional building Vlněna in Brno. It is two storey basements founded in complicated subsoil. Thesis contains draft, adaptation and comparison of variable technological solutions of the chosen phase, technical report of the chosen technological phase, the block plan drawing of transportation roads, location drawing and the technical report of the building site equipment, the technological regulations of monolith reinforced concrete structures, the inspection and testing plan for monolithic structures, the machine set designing, the occupational safety and health care, the cost estimation budget with bill of quantities, the time schedule, the scheme of critical concreting and applicability diagram of tower cranes.

The thesis deals with a technological project of Polymer System Centre in Zlín. It focuses on financial documentation and a time schedule of the construction. The technological project in detail focuses on implementation of a fabric of the Polymer System Centre. The thesis includes a technical report which suggests procedure of the construction. The technological documentation includes a plan of the construction site arrangement, a time schedule, a financial plan for the construction, a budget, a technological report suggesting partitions made of magnesium slabs, a control plan, a test plan and health and safety plan.

Preparation for the construction of an apartment building in Brno - Slatina

The diploma thesis deals with the building - technological project of the apartment house in Brno - Slatina, Lučiny. The purpose will be an optimal design of construction progress with regard to finance and time. For this phase were processed the site equipment with the design of the lifting strap, the transport routes and the machine assembly. In addition, an item budget, which was followed by a detailed schedule. Based on these documents was created a balance of machines and workers. For monolithic constructions were developed a technological regulation and a control and test plan. Furthermore, the calculation of the decanting time and the design of the formwork turnover, supplemented by its drawing. In the diploma thesis is elaborated a plan for safety and health protection in the workplace and selected design details.

The diploma thesis solves the construction technology project of sports complex. The aim of the thesis is rational proposal of construction and resources. The thesis contains plant building site, technological instruction, budget, time schedule, control and trial plan, design and assessment of lifting mechanism and machinery used over construction, contract for work and safety report. Part of the thesis is specialization in sports surfaces.

The aim of this diploma thesis is a solution of the extension of clinical hematology of the Faculty Hospital Brno. The thesis deals with the technological regulation for steel construction, coupled ceiling concrete slab with other topics including an inspection-check plan, a time schedule for carcass, time and financial schedule for structures and an item budget. In addition, this work includes the coordination site-layout of the construction with wider transport relations, mechanical assembly, the principles of the organization of site equipment and occupational safety and health risks. Finally this thesis contains several assessments for cranes, scheme of principles of fixing steel columns into structure, scheme of laying building envelope, LEED, site equipment financial assessment.

The subject of this thesis the construction and technological preparation for the construction of the bridge ev.č. 377-007 across the Býkovka river in the municipality Rájec - Jestřebí, which is part of the reconstruction of a main road II / 377 Bořitov - Rájec. The thesis is elaborated a technical report on the structural and technological project, coordinating construction situation, the situation with wider relationships routes following the stages, time and financial plan – by objects, study the implementation of major technological stages of the building SO203 project site equipment, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, the timetable of the main building structure, workers deployment plan, plan of machines usage, a plan for securing material resources for SO 203, technological regulation for the implementation of bored piles of, inspection and test plan for pilots, budget SO 203, sequence diagram construction, control and monitoring plan and calculation of bearing capacity of the bridge foundation piles.

Technological Solution of a Gross Superstructure of the Apartment Building in Brno

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on the construction technological project of a gross superstructure of the apartment building in Brno. It is a four-storey building made of bricks with cast-in-place floor structures. The building is roofed with a timber roof truss. The thesis includes a technical report, bill of quantities, technological methods of construction, technical report of a site equipment, machine draft report, inspection and test plan, work safety and finally comparing of different ways of concreting.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to process a building construction project of the lower building of hotel Ovruč in Štrbské Pleso village, Vysoké Tatry. It is focused on realization of soilcrete and foundation structures. This thesis consists of accompanying and summarized technical reports, sitting of the building with regards to transport routes, technological regulations, organisation principles and equipment of building yard, the itemized budget and time schedule, proposition of construction machines configurations, inspection and testing plan, health and safety at work. All relevant technical drawings are included as well.
